After a couple experiences with this method unintentionally in the past few years, I can feel I can present "Dr. Browna's Start-yo-year Right" diet.
a)Get sick. Real sick. New Years Eve drink too much, go out in a tshirt and make snow angels. If New Years Eve won't work, assume that every day in Janauary in Calgary will be -3 and dress appropriately until applicalbe level of sickness is achieved.
b)Sickness must be able to render one bed ridden for at least 2 days, and away from place of employment for at least 3. Constant regurgitation and explusion of food and other matter is essential.
c)When able to stand and balance for more then 30 seconds, 5 times a day, get on scale.
d)Enjoy the 6-9lbs immediate weight loss! Avoid solids for the next few days until you have enough energy to go work out and watch the next 4 or 5 pounds melt away within a week!
