That's looks alright, that's the case I have and I love it..very quiet and keeps everything very cool.
I'm not a big fan of AMD's but I here they are good nowdays and I personally stay away from western digital HD's because I had 2 croak on me...I would add the $83 and go with the seagate.
I'm also a big fan of the Asus family of motherboards and a good one is only about $150.00.
Oh, and yeah you pick 8 gigs of ram
