I was sick in bed all day too, however I had in excess of 15 beers last night, so that may be it. I woke up beside my bed, in my clothes, with puke all over my jeans, and left my jacket at Pete's with my car and work keys in the pocket.
So in retrospect, it was much more likely the beer than a fast acting flu.
