If this ever gets closer to law the legal action taken should be intersting and as I mentioned in my earliest post, if this became law the litagation would increase tenfold - everybody and their brother that got this "msystery ticket" would fight it..i know I would. Some cop with likely no education, knowledge or training (in relation to MVA's, their causes and the underlying factors) wont be deciding if I am at fault, at the very least I would let a judge do that.
