Is that really the case there? Do you have a link? I ask because that sounds absurd- basically that insurance can deny a claim because you were at fault in an accident? Just seems like a slippery slope- what is next? I ran a red light- because the light was obviously red now I have to pay out of pocket? Really defeats the point of insurance.
