I have an 04 GM vehicle these days, but nothing could stop my old red van from starting.

I started it once at -40ish without being plugged in, and it went on first crank. No whine or anything. 'Twas a beauty of a vehicle.

As for T_U... not sure what to do buddy, if you can't try anything suggested already here, then the only thing I can say is wait?
