Really?Maybe someone can help me out but besides Pouilet who has graduated from their farm club. I'll be honest I don't follow the Oilers enough (nor would I want too) but the kid line came right into the NHL if I'm not mistaken (Nilson did spend some time in the Islanders system I beleive). I always thought that Oilers had issues developing players.
The forward group still has perennial prospect Rob Schremp
^^To me that if a player has been in a system that long and still can't make the jump he is no longer a prospect, he is fodder.

I am not going to comment on where any team should be in the prospect rankings, because I just dont spend enough time watching other teams prospects (I dont even watch the Oilers Prospects a whole bunch)
However I can help on the parts you are wondering about.
Players that Graduated:
Sam Gagner (dont know if he counts as he came in right off the bat)
Andrew Cogliano
Chicken Boy Pouliot (Although I dont like him)
Zach Stortini
Kyle Brodziak
Tom Gilbert
Jeff Desalauriers
As for Schremp I dunno why they sent him down... I guess 3 pts in 4 games isnt good enough for the offensive powerhouse which is the Oilers.
The kid is only 22... Too young to call him a bust yet I think.
