Now that I think of it, maybe I grew up ghetto style. I have also eaten many "Chef" boy-ar-dee spagettio sandwiches and "scrambled hamburg and vegetable soup" sandwiches as a child.
In retrospect, maybe that is what ghetto people eat when sloppy joes are considered a little too high class.
