This is funny guys... its the Sun. The only things they do right are the topless Page 3 girls.
There isn't even a script, or a director. Any casting notes at this point are fanwank, or deceptions to sell papers. For all we know, the next story could be a recasted Joker and the Scarecrow again. Or more Ra's Al Ghul... or Talia, or even someone obscure like Rupert Thorne or the Mad Hatter. Nothing says we'll see Penguin, Riddler or Catwoman for sure except some fans sharing their hopes.
Superficially, the casting rumors have been horrible. As off as Heath Ledger seemed at the time of his casting announcement... he was still a very talented actor, and had both the "Joker smile" and the ability to pull it off... and that was before we even saw him in action. No one rumored, save for Johnny Depp and Phillip Seymour Hoffman have near the dramatic ability of the villains in the last two Batman movies.
