What about chocolate bars thrown in a blender with some milk to make hot chocolate?

Actually, I've been eating a lot of sweet potatoes for dinner lately so the complex carbs in those would be good for before. And then post-workout a latte made with 1% milk.

I'm not interested in any sort of supplements or things like that.
