I was never any good at arcade games, I used to watch guys finish Bobble Bubble and long for such skill.

I did get really good at Battlefield 1942 on the PC though, to the point that I got booted off servers for "hacking" from time to time.

I wasn't that good with the airplanes, but I loved shooting down airplanes with artillery and the main guns on the battleships!

The annoying thing was there was a hit detection bug where if you hit the airplane right on the prop in the right place it ignored the it.
