Here's Reeds split stats. All-Star Calibre OF vs. LHP, barely acceptable OF AAA numbers vs. RHP.
But that being said Reed hasn't been very bad vs. RHP this season, they'll probably give him some time, but any sign of dropping off and Gross will step in.

I think the Blue Jays will continue the same rotation with Reed and Gross. Reed will start against LHP and Gross against RHP. Gross does have power so the Jays will want to see what he can do.
