^^Really? I have read the opposite, that you should try eating carbs and protein within 30 minutes or so of working out, because it helps the muscles ... or something. I don't remember the reasoning behind it.

Hmmm. Who do you listen to when it comes to this stuff? Everyone seems to say something different.
