Actually, I'll give HF credit on this one. Usually they overrate Edmonton into the top ten. I guess being wrong for about a decade straight caused them to lower it a bit.
The constant overranking of teams like the Oilers is nothing more than pragmatism by HF. Oiler fans represent one of their largest fanbases on the site, so of course they are going to play to their readers.
