Who knows? As has been pointed out, HockeysFuture is neither entirely accurate nor up-to-date. Unfortunately, nobody seems to have come up with a better resource for scouting reports on such a wide variety of teams. CP's great for Flames prospects, and ok for high profile others, but understandably lax when it comes to other prospects.
I just think it's too hard to put together a comprehensive, unbiased scouting network without being backed by a team/group that wants that info all to themselves.
