I agree that our "skilled" forwards are lacking. Outside of Wahl, Neimz and Backlund it drops off for scoring.
However, I feel our defense prospects are VERY underrated. Goalies are above average but could be better. Was hoping for Irving to develop a bit faster and be a more bluechip G prospect but still happy with the pick.
Flames nab a couple more Wahl type players in next years draft and than the Flames future will be very solid.
