I'm sure alot of you are getting sick of real estate threads or financial threads but just thought I was ask the CP'ers if anyone has recently put up ads on welist.com and if you have had any success stories or advice from using welist.com, my mother lives in the North East and looking to sell her home to move into a 65+ condo or into High River, Okotoks, Strathmore (smaller hub). Any help or tips is greatly appreciated. Just trying to get a feel for this sort of stuff as it's new to us, my wife and I have been in a home for 10 years and my mom has been in hers since 1997.
