It was in another thread Winsor; I think Friday night. When here in Calgary we were having a tough time getting around after getting 20 cm on Sunday and then another 10-15 cm on Friday; a person who moved here from Vancouver said that Calgary could take a lesson in how Vancouver is prepared to handle winter storms.
