The one with the husband gets me the most, not sure if it because of his girly scream or the fact that he is working on his car and pretty much says, listen lady get in the house and make me my dinner.

Me and my mom talked that one over. What we've come up with is that the wife cheated on the husband - and he caught her in flagante delicto. Rather than getting a divorce, they have worked out a deal between them that he will stay in the marriage with her - but only if he gets to quit his job and tinker with cars while she goes out to work and cooks him dinner every single night for the rest of her life.
Yes. It IS lame. About as lame as the commercial.
On another note, am I only person who feels an obsessive need to make up backstories to explain the dumbassed behaviour of characters in commercials?
