There is no way you can instantly sand/plow every major road in Calgary during rush hour. How do you expect them to plow Crowchild when it is a parking lot? I know Glenmore was plowed by the time I got to it.

Perfection costs a lot of money. Gotta pick your battles and I for one am glad that we don't plow every street 2-3 times on a day like today, need something to stem the tide of rising taxes.
