I have it and its one of my favourite blackberries I've ever used (currently on my 4th one).

I won't lie, its definitely aimed towards the average user instead of a hardcore blackberry user. The new OS is a great addition for it and its a pretty solid OS. I have had a few bugs with the OS being a tad sluggish but other than that I can't complain (and to put it in perspective, my phone is on 24/7 and usually on for weeks at a tie before it gets reset).

Battery life is pretty decent, atleast after having it for just over a month. I can usually do two days without any charging...that would include a few hundred texts and probably an hour or two of phone time. I still charge it every night though just to be safe.

In regards to breaking and its physical stability, I've dropped it twice from 4-5 feet and it still works fine. A few scratches on the shiny plastic rim from it but that's about it. The one thing that is a slight pet peeve is, atleast with mine, the top half can move ever so slightly to the left and right when its closed. I'm sure this is the same with most flip phones but its a tad annoying.

Overall I'd recommend it. Its a good phone, not as flashy as the Bold or some of the higher end blackberries but I think for the average user its a solid phone.
