Wow am I out of the loop. I guess none of the banks are offering HELOCs at prime anymore. They are all prime +1% except for ATB which is prime +.5%. And with ATB it is only for your principal residence and cannot be used for a rental.

I guess i won't be leaving Scotiabank any time soon.
