I guess Harper learned too late that principles and honor dont matter in the House of Commons. If he had made that offer a year ago, The government would have fallen yesterday. Instead, he tried to let democracy rule, and as a result, Cadman lost his CPC nomination.

A little late in the process to try and play the Liberals game, methinks.
