So I've sliced that useless piece of skin flap that spans from the inside of the upper lip to the gums. It's been hurting like a bitch for days now and not looking like it wants to heal on it's own. Can anyone suggest something a)to take the pain away and b)that will make it heal as fast as super humanly possible?
