I did 411 for a winter... it wasn't all that bad, just people are stupid.
Caller: I went to a restaurant last weekend and forgot the name.
Me: Um. Ok.
Caller: CAn you give me the listing?
Me: No. I can't search like that
Caller: Well, it's on 17th Ave.
Me: There are a lot of restaurants on 17th
Caller: I know. Can you list them for me please.
Me: No. Sorry.
Caller proceeds to explain how since I'm 411 I must magically know the name of the restaurant and curses me out.
I really can't believe how rude people are. It blows my mind how many a-holes there are in this world.
Kid prank calls were the best. I had a special number reserved for them.
