Ha, ha. I really like that response. Incredulous that you wouldn't be willing to hand over that information.
I never had to ask for credit info, but my first and only survey had to do with how people liked their bank services. The second people heard the word, 'bank,' they would get all defensive and paranoid, as though I were fishing for their banking info. Then the nastiness started. I hung up and walked out.
