Oh really? That's funny. The system they used where I was, it was pretty straightforward, so unless your computer froze on you, you couldn't really screw up, because there was an answer for everything, a full script for people to use. Basically, it was a job lots of students did because their screening process wasn't exclusive, they basically just wanted warm bodies and it paid fairly well.
But I got lots of hang ups, lots of swearing, lots of wishing bad things on me, and I was there only for about two or three hours. Couldn't handle that much crap.
