Subleasing Office Space
Hey CPers,
I am about to embark on a research project related to subleasing some idle office space that we have available.
I've been a residential landlord before, so I am aware of some of the agreements that need to be in place, tenant and landlord rights, etc.
However, I am not aware of what sort of equivalent laws, regulations, rights, etc there are around subleasing (renting out) office space (if any).
Has anyone dealt with this in the past, and can point me in the right direction to start doing my homework?
I'd like to get this space occupied sooner than later, so any help would be appreciated.
