Don't doubt that they'll appeal, but no way he gets let out during the appeal process. He is a major flight risk. Has enough money, has enough connections, tried running once before (albeit very slowly), and moved to avoid paying the civil amounts owed to the Goldman/Brown families.
No way in Hell they let him out during the appeal.
