The details of this coalition are that the Bloq will vote with the coalition on all automatic Confidence votes (budget, throne speech, etc), but will be free to vote as they see fit on all other matters.
For example, Defence matters are not automatic confidence votes. This means the Bloq will have full veto authority on all matters of National Defence (since they need the votes from the Bloq to get anything passed).
The list goes on and on and on.
