What really needs to happen is that power needs to be diluted from Ottawa and concentrated provincially. Then you'd see a bunch of organizations working together to better themselves instead of a bunch of organizations taking as much as they can to better themselves.

"Quebec sucks because they bitch and talk about separating to get what they want. The thing to do is bitch and talk about separating so we can get what we want and that wouldn't suck".
Seems kind of goofy to me.
It's never going to happen. Quebec has never been able to pull it off and they actually elect people who believe in the idea. We don't.
