But I don't think they are.

Harper tried to take advantage of the situation to diminish his opposition, the opposition somewhere found a backbone to stand up to him and are going overboard with their coalition.

Frickin' sit them down, tell Harper he stays PM but other than budgets he can not make anything a confidence motion. The Bills stand on their own merits, budgets need the confidence of the house, and GET BACK TO WORK.
