In reading the second document, it quite clearly states that the BQ cannot vote against the coalition in any non-confidence vote, speech to the Throne vote, or any budget vote (among other things) until June 2010. It says that the BQ will vote in favour of the government's position in all of the stated situations.

So exactly what power does the BQ yield in this coalition?
It scares me not knowing why the BQ are doing this. I think they should have to disclose everything so the people know. I don't like the government giving blank cheques or promises to a seperation party.
