In reading the second document, it quite clearly states that the BQ cannot vote against the coalition in any non-confidence vote, speech to the Throne vote, or any budget vote (among other things) until June 2010.
So exactly what power does the BQ yield in this coalition?
How enforceable is that? Serious question.
