I will say that sometimes to get a good view when turning right, one needs to be in the crosswalk. But obviously, one should not move into the cross walk if someone is approaching it with the intent to cross.
In that same situation, I hate when stupid people in the left lane stop way into the crosswalk on a red light, blocking the person in the right lane from easily seeing oncoming traffic.
In other words: I dislike when others do things on the road to inconvenience me! Argh.
