The difference is that the evidence contradicts what you are saying. Apparently your definition of "close consultation" is not the same as mine. But really--is this so important? What's at stake in elevating Harper to a higher ground than anybody else? Why not just admit that Harper
did what he himself said he did in a letter to the GG?
