I have a couple of accounts, including one at TD. My most hated institution is CIBC. I wrote a letter to the CEO about 12 years ago pointing out that they will never receive a dime from me, including but not limited to my getting a mortgage from them. I believe that my letter was to the effect that I would rather live on the street than pay them a single cent.
