Only one I know of right now is Panago, and I'm getting tired of their menu. I wish Swiss Chalet had it, bastids always forcing me to use my credit card!

I know this isn't the point of the thread, but there is virtually no difference (except for psychologically) between using a debit card and paying off your credit card balance at the end of the month (you could actually argue that the latter gives you more interest and is safer, too).
If you're reallly concerned about not racking up your credit card balance, then go to online banking and pay off the credit card after you're done eating your pizza/chicken. Plus, credit card transactions are unlimited, and you build good credit while you're at it.
