Yes, I (unfortunately) agree with this one. I can't remember - might have been 2 small guys with big hearts I think, though. My sister and b/f hired them to move their stuff. The b/f has a big kick ass TV; they came, saw it and proclaimed that "this looks too hard to do/lift".
Finally convinced them that, umm, that was their job. They took it, and then when they got to the new place, they took the tv out. And then had a look at where it had to go - this involved some stairs, but nothing crazy. they then proclaimed that "there's no way we are doing that...they don't #Q%@$# pay us enough to move that...not something like that...screw it".
They then proceeded to leave the TV sitting, out on the back yard. Not kidding oyu.
Anyways, my sister and her b/f phoned the better business bureau...turns out they have A TON of complaints against them - but if I remember correctly, nothing the better business bureau could do as they did not actually belong to it!
So long story short, I wouldn't really recommend renting from them....!
