It'll be interesting to see how this gets handled.
I'd imagine that it'll be used more for cases of drug and gang related crime (I didn't read this article, but I read one in the paper this morning and that's what they said as well) and not so much for things like drunk driving unless it is a repeat offender or something like that.

On a side note, isn't there already a law that says that the police can seize your car if you're using it to troll for hookers?
