If it wasnt for Canadian content laws, this group would have the been the flash in the pan they should have been.

There's nothing wrong with playing guitar hero. I've never had any intention, nor the time, to ever start a real rock band.

Not to mention he's ignoring the fact that games like guitar hero are probably more likely to inspire more people to take up instruments in the long run, than preventing it.
