I work with Flkr for some photo hosting and notice yesterday it was down. Then I look and found Yahoo.com to be town.

Turns out its a problem with Shaw Internet. I phoned in Monday night and there was a recording saying "some Shaw users will find Yahoo.com to be down".

It's still down 24 hours later for me. I called and the message is updated saying the same problem is still occurring for some.

Anyone else a shaw internet customer in Calgary with this problem?

Does anyone know what would cause something like this? Especially having it only happen in some areas only?
