I guess what I'm really asking, is for your opinion on the clear conflicting stances of the 2 articles you've just posted.

I honestly don't remember the one specific to BC, however the last few things I have posted on this subject are all in a similiar vein; in that Alberta is no longer necessarily the best place to do business. (referring to O&G) I don't see that as conflicting, just different perspectives on who might benefit from our loss.
Business investment dollars are flowing out to both BC and Sask. IMO Sask has the better chance of longterm benefit from it. I have confidence in Brad Wall to take them in the right direction. He has shown this in other areas beyond O&G. (personal tax, as an example)
