Indeed you can't if you believe we lack culture or multi-cultralism.
Four years ago what I wanted to do after I finished my degree was move to Calgary, or the GCA, and buy Flames season tickets. As the years have progressed and my city has begun a transformation I have decided to put some roots down in good ole' Stoon and do not plan to move anywhere. This article speaks a lot of truth, we are far from perfect, but definately a lot better off than we were 5 years ago, and especially a decade ago.
