Unfortunately this is only at the concept stage (rather than waiting for it to be done...true to Oiler fashion). I just was emailed the pictures and didn't see the newscast they were shown on so I have no idea what stage it is at. Not sure what to think at this point...the guy who sent me this said it was a quiet release with the city's worst news station (CityTV) so maybe this is all to do about nothing and some engineer somewhere spilling the beans on onlly a concept design)
