Team "Watching Through the Static" picks Later with Bob Costas in the talk show category.

Not the standard late talk show, it was Bob and a guest; no studio audience, no house band, ans lots of interesting questions. Known for doing lots of research before shows, sometimes this made Costas appear a know-it-all, but more often it allowed for better questions. One famous example occurred when Marilu Henner was visiting:
