With this, people aren't poking fun at the CFL, they are stating it is all on Montreal for this.
Both aren't the best examples of incidents like this, but found it funny on who people choose to place the blame.

I guess I've always thought that the hosting cities had a good portion of input for what would be happening during these events. I wasn't even implying that the whole city was to blame. It was just easier to type "Montreal" rather than "Coordinator of the CFL's 2009 Grey Cup Halftime Show in Montreal".
