Haha, me too man. 2 hours into a flight from TO to the UK an old, bitter, unfriendly, and not-skinny stewardess for Air Canada hip-checked my face waddling down the isle one way, and on her way back, she tripped on my foot that was stretched out down the isle. The second time I was asleep, until the cup of water she was holding splashed me squarley in the face.
As for the knees thing, if the seat in front is leaning back on them, its fair to shake your leg...or get an 'uncontrollable' twitch in your foot.
