I hear it all the time, nearly every day... When they mix up the words loan/lend with borrow...
Such as "I'll borrow you my car" should read "I'll lend/loan you my car"

I've heard it.
Another one that bothers me is when people use the word "learn" instead of "teach", as in; "That will 'learn' you".
Or when people use "itch" instead of "scratch", as in; "I have to 'itch' something".
I think a lot of the time people do that, they're just trying to be cute, but it still bothers me.

Another one that bothers me is when people over-pronounce the "g" in words that end with "_ng". Like when they say "wrong-guh" or "sing-guh".
On a personal level, I hate typos. I make way too many of them and (almost) always have to edit my posts.
