Yeah this has nothing to do with drunk driving, which is illegal for everyone, and everything to do with this question. That is exactly what they are saying.
The one teenager rule is so dumb. It actually encourages drunk driving. If a group of teens is going to a party or bar and one is DD they can no longer drive the other teens home. They will have to drive drunk or cab it and I can guess what many teens will choose.
Friends can't even drive friends to school anymore? What a bunch of BS.
